**We hold occasional "Extended Spin" classes which will be longer than the usual hour of working out on the Spin bike. We watch a movie while spinning all while ensuring that a good workout is to be had. Our first "Extended Spin" class was on Christmas Eve this past year. We watched the classic movie "Christmas Vacation" at a relaxing pace while adding in sprint intervals of 10 seconds each time the word "Christmas" was said on the movie. Things like that which are unique to the particular movie keep the heart pumping while the laughs are rolling! Join us for our next "Extended Spin" class!
