Controlled Chaos Saturday

Finish the week with our "Controlled Chaos" class, a 90-minute workout which will include a mix of everything the gym has to offer.  A typical class will include a "laundry-list" of certain exercises which everyone in class will try to complete before 10:30 am comes.  We will take the workout outdoors and off location when the weather is right and have a great workout in the fresh air!  This class is for everyone!
